Deposition/Testimony Retainer: $ 500.00 in State
$ 2,250.00 out of State
Expenses:
All travel is portal to portal.
All air travel will be coach class if possible.
Reimbursable expenses include, but are not limited to
o Clerical
o Travel
o Lodging
o Photography
o Photocopying
o Telephone
Retainers are due in advance and will be charged against the final bill.
